Early Days
Founded in 2014, we set out to transform the modern workplace by challenging the sedentary culture of office life.
Through our award-winning sit-stand desks and pioneering wellness campaigns — including the acclaimed Get Britain Standing® initiative,
endorsed by high-profile figures — we helped put workplace health on the agenda with our Active Working Summits.
In 2015, our founder Gavin Bradley co-authored the first global expert recommendations on reducing sedentary behaviour in the workplace, published by the British Journal of Sports Medicine and commissioned by Public Health England. This landmark guidance helped shape workplace health policy and best practice around the world.
