Terms & Conditions

1.1. These Terms apply to business-to-business (B2B) users only.
1.2. Consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, does not apply.

2.1. You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute content without written consent.
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

2.2. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

3.1. Visits are strictly by appointment. Requests may be accepted, declined, or rescheduled at our discretion.
3.2. All information submitted via booking or enquiry forms must be accurate and complete.

4.1. Orders are binding once confirmed in writing by us.
4.2. Bespoke or customised goods (including PODs and made-to-order desks) are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
4.3. Amendments to standard orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur fees.

5.1. Delivery dates are estimates only; delays outside our control do not give rise to liability.
5.2. Customers must ensure clear site access, readiness, and removal of existing furniture unless agreed otherwise.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse installation if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
5.4. Warranty on installed furniture applies only where the product remains in the original installed position. If goods are dismantled, altered, or relocated by anyone other than Yo-Yo WORKS’ installation team, the warranty and installation guarantee are void.

6.1. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6.2. Title to goods remains with Yo-Yo WORKS until full payment is received.

7.1. Any shortage, defect, or damage must be reported in writing, with supporting evidence, within 72 hours of delivery or installation.
7.2. Standard goods may be returnable with prior approval, subject to a 30% restocking/collection charge.
7.3. Bespoke/customised goods are not returnable except under warranty.
7.4. Warranty on installed furniture applies only where the product remains in the original installed position. If goods are dismantled, altered, or relocated by anyone other than Yo-Yo WORKS’ installation team, the warranty and any right to return are void.

8.1. Product warranty: Each product carries the warranty period stated on its product page or datasheet, covering defects in materials and manufacture under normal use.
8.2. Installation guarantee: Where installation is carried out by Yo-Yo WORKS, workmanship is guaranteed for two (2) years from the installation date. This guarantee applies only where the furniture remains in the position originally installed by us.
8.3. Limitations: The installation guarantee becomes void if the furniture is dismantled, altered, or relocated by anyone other than Yo-Yo WORKS’ installation team.
8.4. Remedies: At our option, we will repair, replace, or re-perform installation.
8.5. Exclusions: Cover does not extend to misuse, negligence, unauthorised alterations, relocation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
8.6. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We may update or alter product specifications without notice, provided this does not materially reduce performance or quality.

All website content, images, CAD files, brochures, renders, text, logos, and design elements remain the property of Yo-Yo Office Ltd. They may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.

11.1. The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee as to accuracy or completeness of content.
11.2. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the price paid for the relevant goods or services.
11.3. We accept no liability for loss of profits, business, data, or other indirect or consequential losses.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on this page, and continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
